Anti-Infammatory Recipe

CINNAMON CHIA PUDDING

SERVINGS: 1 PREP TIME: 3 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 0 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp (24 g) chia seeds1

cup (240 g) almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)

1/4 tsp (0.6 g) ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp (2 g) pure vanilla extract

1/2 tbsp (10 g) honey

1/4 cup (37 g) blueberries

1/2 cup (80 g) strawberries,

sliced2 tbsp (14 g) slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir well to combine.

2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 3 hours.

4. Once the chia pudding has reached a pudding-like consistency, stir well. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
